Shay has over 25 years’ experience in the music and event production industries. Since moving from England to New York in 1995, Shay has managed a number of bands and venues, and has produced a wide variety of successful music and non-music events. In 2010, he also co-founded The Well, a beer garden and 2,000 capacity event space in Brooklyn, where he acts as COO and event producer.
He has acted as General Manager at The Knitting Factory and The Highline Ballroom, as well as Vice President for East Coast Operations at The Knitting Factory. He has also been producer and stage manager for a number of music festivals, including Siren Music Festival, 4 Knots, Saratoga Springs Jazz Festival, and Northside Festival, among others.

Dipesh has over twenty years’ experience working in various facets of the music industry, such as event production, publishing, brand partnerships, content creation, and marketing. He is also the founder of VaultWorks, an archival media company which works with legendary music/lifestyle photographers such as Ernie Paniccioli, Drew Carolan, Phil Knott, and more.
His passion is connecting brands with the right lifestyle marketing opportunities in music, art, and fashion to meet their brand goals.
