Artist management
Steve Feinberg launched Fein Management in 1998, initially focused on representing actors and creative talent. One of his first clients was Daytime Emmy Award–winning actor Eden Riegel. In 1999, he expanded into music management after discovering 18-year-old twin brothers Benji and Joel Madden, who had just formed Good Charlotte. Under Feinberg’s guidance, the band rose to international success, earning multi-platinum records, major awards, and a global touring presence.
As the roster grew, Fein Management evolved into A Fein Martini, signing critically acclaimed acts like My Morning Jacket and the award-winning

comedy duo Flight of the Conchords, creators of the hit HBO series. In 2005, Feinberg partnered with veteran manager Simon Renshaw, working with top-tier talent including Grammy-winning Dixie Chicks and CMA-winner Miranda Lambert.In 2009, Feinberg struck out on his own and rebranded his East Coast company as 8spoke, marking a new chapter dedicated to creative strategy, artist development, and building long-term careers across music, entertainment, and culture.
